Want to try Touch Tone Teller?
Here’s how to get started:
  1. Be ready with your account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. (For your first call, you will use the last four digits of your SSN as your Personal Identification Number (PIN). During your call, you will be asked to establish your own PIN.)
  2. Dial (515) 233-8800 or (800) 295-7800.
  3. After the greeting, enter your bank location code, which is “1”.
  4. You will then be given a list of options to begin banking!
